Delivery & Pricing

Once an order has been placed, we will endeavour to advise our customers, within 24-48 hours, of the approximate delivery date. We will always try to deliver the items to our customer as soon as possible. However, due to a shared stock system implemented between the UK and The Netherlands, we cannot offer next day delivery.

Delivery charges vary depending on the total amount ordered and the delivery destination.

    • All of our standard delivery accessory items and small post-able furniture items, if in stock, will be dispatched directly from our warehouse and will be with you within 5 working days.

    • If you are not at home to receive your goods, you will receive a notification card. Please arrange for your free re-delivery or pick-up directly with the delivery provider.

    • We make every effort to ensure that all items will be delivered within the promised timescale, however we still rely on a third party courier for our deliveries and Orientique shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused. In the event your order is not delivered, please contact our customer service department who will be able to assist you.

  • Our terms, conditions and guarantees do not apply once items are removed from the Netherlands.
  • Prices include VAT and exclude delivery charges.
  • Prices on our website supersede prices published in other or previous publications.
  • All prices are correct at time of going to press. We reserve the right to alter prices either up or down, including any variations to the rate of VAT.
  • Full payment must be made before any product is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • All payments taken by phone or online are taken in a secure environment.
  • We accept most credit and debit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch or American Express.
